• Personal belongings (furniture, clothing, books, sports equipment)
• Office or business equipment
• Business files and documents
• Electronic devices
• Household items
• Merchandise inventory (depending on the product type)
• Artwork and collectibles (properly packaged)
• Non-perishable goods (properly sealed and authorized)
• Wine and alcoholic beverages (in reasonable quantities and stored in our climate-controlled premises)
• Vehicles and boats (subject to contract and prior authorization)

❌ Strictly Prohibited Items: In accordance with Costa Rican law and our internal policies, it is prohibited to store:

• Hazardous or flammable materials (gasoline, propane, solvents, chemicals, etc.)
• Firearms, ammunition, explosives
• Drugs, narcotics, and controlled substances
• Biological or medical materials (samples, biomedical waste)
• Animals, plants, or any organism Living goods
• Perishable or unpackaged goods (fruits, vegetables, meats, dairy products, etc.)
• Waste or items intended for disposal
• Cash, valuable jewelry, precious metals (unless prior authorization is obtained)
• Counterfeit or illegal goods
