The company was born out of a need from the local tourism and business community to obtain high-quality storage space without hassle. Having found the ideal land to meet the need in Guanacaste, the company was able to see the light of day.

It was established in Comunidad, a municipality strategically located at the crossroads leading to the coastal villages of Playa Hermosa, Playa del Coco, Playa Flamingo, Potrero, Las Catalinas and even Tamarindo. There are therefore no detours to make if you plan to reach the Liberia airport, which is very convenient for our customers!

The name Storages del Norte came about by geographically comparing Guanacaste and its location to the rest of Costa Rica while also highlighting the fact that the owners are from the North!

Keven Parent and Martin Tremblay are Canadian business partners who have been working together for over 10 years. They have expertise in transportation, logistics and warehousing and already own a few companies in this field.

The company aims to position itself in Guanacaste's tourism and commercial market as the ultimate destination for those needing short- and long-term storage space. It offers its customers secure access and high-quality storage.

It combines its warehouse offerings with a pickup and delivery service for your belongings, as well as a full range of products that allow for safe and efficient storage.
